I saw this recipe many years ago on a food show and have been making them every since. Always a hit whenever I make them. Great side dish that works in a dinner party or a cookout.

8 medium
red potatoes
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 clove
garlic, mashed
1/2 c
sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp
dried or fresh dill

How to Make Dill Red Potatoes with Garlic Sour Cream


  • 1You can cut the potatoes in fours, halves or leave them whole depending on the size.
  • 2Boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt until soft. Set aside.
  • 3In a skillet heat the olive oil and toss in the garlic. Cook for a bit then add the dill and sour cream.
  • 4Toss the potatoes in the sauce and let it sit for a few minutes in low heat.
  • 5Salt and pepper to taste.
