I saw this recipe many years ago on a food show and have been making them every since. Always a hit whenever I make them. Great side dish that works in a dinner party or a cookout.

Ingredients
- 8 medium red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon dried or fresh dill
How To Make dill red potatoes with garlic sour cream

Step 1You can cut the potatoes in fours, halves or leave them whole depending on the size.

Step 2Boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt until soft. Set aside.

Step 3In a skillet heat the olive oil and toss in the garlic. Cook for a bit then add the dill and sour cream.

Step 4Toss the potatoes in the sauce and let it sit for a few minutes in low heat.

Step 5Salt and pepper to taste.
