I saw this recipe many years ago on a food show and have been making them every since. Always a hit whenever I make them. Great side dish that works in a dinner party or a cookout.

Ingredients

  • 8 medium
    red potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried or fresh dill

How to Make Dill Red Potatoes with Garlic Sour Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. You can cut the potatoes in fours, halves or leave them whole depending on the size.
  2. Boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt until soft. Set aside.
  3. In a skillet heat the olive oil and toss in the garlic. Cook for a bit then add the dill and sour cream.
  4. Toss the potatoes in the sauce and let it sit for a few minutes in low heat.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
