Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 pkg
    (20 oz) refrigerated red potato wedges (i used fresh potatoes so you can use either)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    snipped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dill weed

How to Make Dill Potato Wedges

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet, cook the potato wedges, salt and pepper in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or till golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and dill.
