Ingredients
- 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated red potato wedges (i used fresh potatoes so you can use either)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dill weed
How To Make dill potato wedges

Step 1In a large skillet, cook the potato wedges, salt and pepper in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or till golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Remove from heat; stir in cheese and dill.
