these are a delicious new way to use up potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated red potato wedges (i used fresh potatoes so you can use either)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dill weed

How To Make dill potato wedges

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet, cook the potato wedges, salt and pepper in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or till golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat; stir in cheese and dill.
