Adjust potato amount according to the number you are feeding. Chicken broth takes the place of the water for boiling. I use Campbells Condensed Chicken Broth but any good broth will do. For every 2 cans of broth you use, add 1 can water.

Ingredients

  • - russet potatoes peeled & chunked
  • 2 cloves peeled garlic
  • 2 - dry bay leaves
  • - chicken stock to boil potatoes in instead of water
  • - milk & butter for mashing potatoes

How To Make delicious mashed potatoes

  • Step 1
    In a large kettle put peeled & chunked potatoes, the 2 bay leaves and 2 whole garlic cloves. Cover with chicken stock. Boil until potatoes are done.
  • Step 2
    Drain and remove bay leaves. Mash potatoes & garlic with milk & butter. Serve hot. Delicious. The bay leaves give the potatoes a delicious flavor along with boiling them in chicken broth & garlic.
