2 Tbsp

oil
1 tsp

cumin seeds
1 tsp

turmeric, ground
1/2 tsp

ground coriander
1 1/2 lb

cooked potatoes, cut into squares
1 Tbsp

oil
1 Tbsp

cilantro, fresh, chopped fine
salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make cumin potatoes

heat 2 tablespoons oil in saucepan over medium high heat. add cumin seeds, turmeric and coriander. saute for 1 minute. add potatoes and saute for 15-20 minutes until reheated throughout and nicely browned.

remove from heat. drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil, add cilantro. season with salt and pepper.
