Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups instant potato flakes
- 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 3-4 tablespoons butter
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons non-dairy coffee creamer
- 1 1/8 cups shredded mozzarell cheese
- 1 cup lite sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
How To Make crusty potato casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a 2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except 1 tablespoon of butter and corn flakes.

Step 2Mix ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle corn flakes on top of potatoes. Scatter small pieces of remaining 1 tablespoon of butter around on corn flakes. Bake till golden brown. Serve hot.
