Ingredients
- 2 cups very stiff mashed potatoes
- 2 cups finely chopped fully cooked ham
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 - egg, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 1/2 cups cornflakes, crushed

Step 11. Combine all ingredients except cornflakes; chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in cornflakes. 2. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 F. for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve while hot. Reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise is not recommended for this recipe.
