I make them for holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day and more holidays. It is so easy to fix it and they are so good and tasty and crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    very stiff mashed potatoes
  • 2 c
    finely chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1 c
    (4 ounces) shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    minced onion
  • 1
    egg, well beaten
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3 1/2 c
    cornflakes, crushed

How to Make Crunchy Swiss & Ham Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except cornflakes; chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in cornflakes.

    2. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 F. for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve while hot.


    Reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise is not recommended for this recipe.
