small new red potatoes
(0.4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
2 c
crushed cornflakes
1/2 c
(1 stick) melted butter

How to Make Crunchy New Potatoes


  • 1Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 2Preheat the oven to 400.
  • 3Drain the potatoes and let cool slightly, then peel them.
  • 4Mix dressing mix and the cornflakes in a bowl.
  • 5Dip the potatoes in the melted butter, then roll them in the cornflake mixture.
  • 6Place the potatoes in a greased baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
