Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 cup sharp cheddar ceese, shredded
- 1/2 cup finely crushed corn flakes
How To Make crunchy cheese potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice the potatoes. Set aside. Spray 15x10x2" baking pan with non-stick spray.

Step 2Mix sour cream, milk, green onion, salt and papper and potatoes together in large bowl. Spread in baking dish.

Step 3Combine the cheese and corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with additional green onions, if desired.
