sour cream
1/2 c
milk
1 Tbsp
chopped green onion
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
6 medium
potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 c
sharp cheddar ceese, shredded
1/2 c
finely crushed corn flakes

How to Make Crunchy Cheese Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Peel and slice the potatoes. Set aside.
    Spray 15x10x2" baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • 2Mix sour cream, milk, green onion, salt and papper and potatoes together in large bowl. Spread in baking dish.
  • 3Combine the cheese and corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until potatoes are tender.
    Sprinkle with additional green onions, if desired.
