Crunchy Cheese Potatoes

chopped green onion
potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
sharp cheddar ceese, shredded
finely crushed corn flakes
How to Make Crunchy Cheese Potatoes
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and slice the potatoes. Set aside.
Spray 15x10x2" baking pan with non-stick spray.
2Mix sour cream, milk, green onion, salt and papper and potatoes together in large bowl. Spread in baking dish.
3Combine the cheese and corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with additional green onions, if desired.
