Crunchy Cheese Potatoes
1 csour cream
1 Tbspchopped green onion
6 mediumpotatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 csharp cheddar ceese, shredded
1/2 cfinely crushed corn flakes
How to Make Crunchy Cheese Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and slice the potatoes. Set aside.
Spray 15x10x2" baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Mix sour cream, milk, green onion, salt and papper and potatoes together in large bowl. Spread in baking dish.
- Combine the cheese and corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with additional green onions, if desired.
