Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar ceese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed corn flakes

How To Make crunchy cheese potatoes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice the potatoes. Set aside. Spray 15x10x2" baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Step 2
    Mix sour cream, milk, green onion, salt and papper and potatoes together in large bowl. Spread in baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Combine the cheese and corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with additional green onions, if desired.
