    medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • ·
    boiling salted water
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • pinch
    pepper

How to Make Crumbed Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Use tip of sharp knife to test rather than a fork.
  3. Drain.
  4. Return to heat to dry any remaining liquid.
  5. Watch closely.
  6. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  7. Add to potatoes.
  8. Shake saucepan or toss to coat.
