- medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- boiling salted water

- butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs

How to Make Crumbed Potatoes
- 1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
- 2Use tip of sharp knife to test rather than a fork.
- 4Return to heat to dry any remaining liquid.
- 5Watch closely.
- 6Mix remaining ingredients together.
- 7Add to potatoes.
- 8Shake saucepan or toss to coat.
