dry bread crumbs

How to Make Crumbed Potatoes


  • 1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
  • 2Use tip of sharp knife to test rather than a fork.
  • 3Drain.
  • 4Return to heat to dry any remaining liquid.
  • 5Watch closely.
  • 6Mix remaining ingredients together.
  • 7Add to potatoes.
  • 8Shake saucepan or toss to coat.
