crumb topped cheesy potatoes
This potato side dish has been around forever, but it's always good. This is how I made mine this time.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 - 10.5oz. cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded chedder cheese
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 cup crushed, vegetable crackers
How To Make crumb topped cheesy potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. In a large skillet, melt butter, soup, sour cream, onion, and cheese. Stir in potatoes. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish.

Step 2Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Then sprinkle top with crushed crackers and bake another 15 minutes. 8)
