Ingredients
- 58 ounces cans sweet pototoes, drained and mashed
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
How To Make crockpot sweet potato casserole

Step 1Lightly grease a slow cooker. In a large bowl, blend sweet potatoes, 1/3 cup melted butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Beat in orange juice, eggs and milk.

Step 2Transfer this mixture to the prepared slow cooker.

Step 3In small bowl, combine ingredients for topping: pecans, brown sugar, flour and melted butter. Spread the topping over the sweet potatoes.

Step 4Cover the slow cooker and cook on High for 3-4 hours.
