- 1 - 30 oz packages hash brown potatoes, shredded, frozen, thawed
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 - 16 oz jars double cheddar cheese sauce
- 2 - 4 oz cans green chiles, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Step 1In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a 4 qt crock pot.
