Ingredients
- 2 - 3 pounds boneless pork roast
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons basil, dried
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water, cold
- SERVE WITH:
- - mashed potatoes
How To Make crock pot parmesan honey pork roast

Step 1Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or reynolds slow cooker bag.

Step 2Place roast in slow cooker.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine the cheese, honey, soy sauce, basil, garlic, oil & salt; pour over pork. Cover & cook on low for 6 - 7 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.

Step 4Remove meat to a serving platter; keep warm.

Step 5Skim fat from cooking juices; transfer to a small saucepan. Bring liquid to a boil. Combine cornstarch & water until smooth. Gradually stir into pan. Bring to a boil; cook & stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Step 6Slice roast; serve with gravy & mashed potatoes (& the gravy was delicious on the mashed potatoes!).
