Ingredients
- 12 - medium sized red potatoes
- 6 to 8 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- - salt to taste
How To Make crock pot garlic mashed potatoes

Step 1wash and quarter potatoes with shin on. Cover with water and cook on stove top till fork tender.

Step 2With hand masher, mash potatoes, you want some lumps.

Step 3Add minced garlic, cream cheese, sour cream and butter. If you want them to be thinner you can add more sour cream or a little half and half. Salt to taste.

Step 4Put potatoes in crock pot and turn on low to keep warm till served.
