Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 - medium potatoes, scrubbed and sliced (about 2 pounds)
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
How To Make crock pot cream cheese potatoes

Step 1Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 3Layer 1/4 of potatoes in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with 1/4 of seasonings. Layer with 1/3 cream cheese and bacon. Continue the layering process ending with a layer of potatoes then sprinkle seasonings.

Step 4Add milk.

Step 5Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. In the last hour of cooking stir potatoes to distribute cream cheese and bacon
