Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 package onion soup mix, dry
  • 1 box bacon & cheddar scalloped potatoes
  • 1 cup corn, frozen, thawed
  • 1 cup water or beef broth
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • - salt & pepper, to taste
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 thick slices american cheese (or 8 thin slices)

How To Make crock pot bacon cheeseburger supper

  • Step 1
    In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions & onion soup mix. Place potatoes & seasoning mix in the crock pot; top with corn, beef broth & cream of celery soup. Top potato mixture with ground beef/onion mixture, bacon, salt & pepper.
  • Step 2
    Dot evenly with ketchup & mustard; top with cheese slices. Cover & cook on low for 7 - 9 hours.
