Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 package onion soup mix, dry
- 1 box bacon & cheddar scalloped potatoes
- 1 cup corn, frozen, thawed
- 1 cup water or beef broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 4 thick slices american cheese (or 8 thin slices)
How To Make crock pot bacon cheeseburger supper

Step 1In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions & onion soup mix. Place potatoes & seasoning mix in the crock pot; top with corn, beef broth & cream of celery soup. Top potato mixture with ground beef/onion mixture, bacon, salt & pepper.

Step 2Dot evenly with ketchup & mustard; top with cheese slices. Cover & cook on low for 7 - 9 hours.
