How to Make Crispy roast spuds
- Peel spuds, cut in half.
On curved side cut parallel lines into spuds approx 2/3rds way thru about 2 mm apart all the way across.
- Preheat oven dish of cooking oil at least 1 cm deep in hot oven 200-220 c, place spuds in flat side down first, cook until crispy, n free from bottom of dish turn n cook until all crispy, approx 45 mins - 1 hour.
Drain n season.
