Pan Fry


  • 2 large
    russet potatoes , peeled and grated, about 2lbs
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped finely
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, minced
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    flour, as needed
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Crispy Potato Fritters


  1. Place grated potatoes in a dish towel and pat completely dry.
  2. Mix potatoes, eggs, onions, parsley together. Add enough flour to make the mixture stick together.
  3. Fry the mixture in hot oil approx. 350 F until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Drain on paper towels
