How to Make Crisp Sweet Potato Chips
- Preheat the deep fryer to 365ºF.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Fry the sweet potatoes in batches in the deep fryer until golden, about 2 minutes per batch.
Transfer the sweet potatoes to paper towels to drain.
Sprinkle with salt. Serve warm or at room temperature.
