  • 1 pkg
    hash browns, frozen
  • 4
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz.
  • 1 can(s)
    Rotel tomatoes, drained, 10 oz.
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 3 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 tsp
    Zatarain's Creole seasoning (I didn't measure)

How to Make Creole Hash Brown Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients, except 1 cup of cheese, together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Place into 9x13 greased baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
