creole hash brown casserole
I normally don't throw something together to serve without it first passing my husband's taste test, but I had to make an exception recently. I served this dish at a women's church brunch last week. My husband loved the flavors so much that he asked me to post the recipe (before I forgot it...lol). I plan on fixing this again with bacon, sausage or Spam and serving it as a breakfast dish.
