- 10 cups thinly sliced yukon potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make creamy scalloped yukon spuds

Step 1Spread half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Step 2In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients (except potatoes) and pour half the mixture over the first layer of potatoes.

Step 3Repeat layers of potatoes and mixture.

Step 4Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Step 5Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer.
