Ingredients

8 oz
reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
lite sour cream
1 c
lower-sodium chicken broth
3 lb
red potatoes, thinly sliced

6 oz pkg smoked ham, chopped
8 oz
reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
frozen peas.

How to Make Creamy scalloped potatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13" casserole pan w/ cooking spray.
  • 2In lg bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and broth until blended. Add potatoes, ham, peas and 1-3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 3Spoon mix into casserole pan. Top w/ remaining cheese. Bake 1 hr, or until potatoes are tender.
