Ingredients
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup lite sour cream
- 1 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
- 3 pounds red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 - 6 oz pkg smoked ham, chopped
- 8 ounces reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas.
How To Make creamy scalloped potatoes

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13" casserole pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In lg bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and broth until blended. Add potatoes, ham, peas and 1-3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 3Spoon mix into casserole pan. Top w/ remaining cheese. Bake 1 hr, or until potatoes are tender.
