Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
- 3 - green onions, green parts only
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make creamy potatoes with rosemary

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9"x13" baking dish.

Step 2Thinly slice potatoes and layer in baking dish season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Saute onion and garlic over medium heat until translucent.

Step 4Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5Add rosemary, green onion and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.

Step 6Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.

Step 7Bake until brown and bubbly. Approx 1 hour

Step 8Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
