I am a Pioneer Woman fan and this is another winner. Potatoes, onions, garlic and rosemary...a perfect marriage of ingredients.YUMMM

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 3 - green onions, green parts only
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make creamy potatoes with rosemary

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9"x13" baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Thinly slice potatoes and layer in baking dish season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Saute onion and garlic over medium heat until translucent.
  • Step 4
    Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
    Add rosemary, green onion and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
  • Step 6
    Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
  • Step 7
    Bake until brown and bubbly. Approx 1 hour
  • Step 8
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
