How to Make Creamy Potato Pie


  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them thin
  2. Oil a medium size tray 25cm aprox
  3. Lay the potatoes on the surface of the tray
  4. Cover with the milk & egg mix
  5. Cook medium-high (230C) aprox or until you stick a knife in the middle and the potatoes are soft
