4 - potatoes
4 - eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream

How To Make creamy potato pie

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and slice them thin

Step 2

Oil a medium size tray 25cm aprox
Step 3

Lay the potatoes on the surface of the tray
Step 4

Cover with the milk & egg mix
Step 5

Cook medium-high (230C) aprox or until you stick a knife in the middle and the potatoes are soft
