- 3 pounds yukon gold potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 stick butter, unsalted
How To Make creamy mashed potatoes

Step 1Peel and half potatoes. Place in a medium pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until tender (about 20 minutes). Drain water.
