    yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 stick
    butter, unsalted

How to Make Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel and half potatoes. Place in a medium pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until tender (about 20 minutes). Drain water.
  2. Add cream and butter. Beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Serve and Enjoy!
