Creamy Mashed Potatoes

I discovered this recipe on accident, just decided to take my recipe for twice baked potatoes and make mashed potatoes out of it! I use all different types of potatoes with this, from baker's to reds, whites and yellows! I even used Purple ones once!
Ingredients

4 largepotatoes

1/2 stickbutter, room temperature

1/2 pkgcream cheese

·salt, to taste

·pepper, to taste

·mrs. dash's seasoning, to taste
How to Make Creamy Mashed Potatoes
- Boil potatoes with a pinch of salt until fork tender, drain and let sit on hot burner for a few moments to burn off some of the steam
- Place in bowl and mash, add in butter and cream cheese until well mixed. Then add salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash's to taste!
