Creamy garlic mashed potatoes
1Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in pot, cover with water. Add salt and garlic, boil on high for bout 20 minutes or until fork tender.
2Drain potatoes. Add butter and cream cheese, mix until creamy. Add pepper if you like. No need to add more salt. Enjoy!
