Now, these are some creamy Crock Pot potatoes. Once you cook the bacon, everything is dumped into the slow cooker, so it's an easy dish to prep. Super cheesy and full of flavor (and bacon bits!), these are good enough for the holidays or an easy side dish for a weeknight meal. You could even serve leftovers for breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds package frozen, cubed hash brown potatoes
- 8 ounces shredded Velveeta (cheddar can be used)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, or more to your taste

If you like your onions cooked down, we suggest sauteeing them in a skillet before adding them to the slow cookers. Ours were still slightly crunchy when all other ingredients were done.

Step 1Place potatoes in a greased Crock Pot.
