Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons real bacon bits
How To Make creamy cheesy grilled potatoes

Step 1Cut a large piece of heavy duty foil (or regular foil doubled up), about 18x22 inches.

Step 2Place the sliced potatoes (peeled or not, your choice) and onions on the foil. Dot with the butter, then sprinkle the cheese, parsley, Worcestershire over all. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Partially fold up the foil around the potatoes. Pour in broth. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Seal edges tightly.

Step 3Grill the packet on a covered grill. About 35 minutes in a medium hot grill. Until potatoes are tender.
