Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 5-6 large
    potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 large
    onion, finely diced
  • 6 oz
    velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make Creamy Cheesy Crock Pot Potatoes


  1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Put potatoes, onion, cheese, and butter in crock pot.
  2. In a small bowl mix soup, broth, sour cream and seasonings. Pour over potatoes.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
    After an hour of cooking (or when cheese is melted) lift lid and stir thoroughly.
