Creamy Cheesy Crock Pot Potatoes
5-6 largepotatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 largeonion, finely diced
6 ozvelveeta cheese, cubed
1 Tbspbutter, sliced
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 cchicken broth
3/4 csour cream
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspseasoned salt
How to Make Creamy Cheesy Crock Pot Potatoes
- Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Put potatoes, onion, cheese, and butter in crock pot.
- In a small bowl mix soup, broth, sour cream and seasonings. Pour over potatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
After an hour of cooking (or when cheese is melted) lift lid and stir thoroughly.
