Ingredients
- 5-6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 large onion, finely diced
- 6 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 tablespoon butter, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make creamy cheesy crock pot potatoes

Step 1Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Put potatoes, onion, cheese, and butter in crock pot.

Step 2In a small bowl mix soup, broth, sour cream and seasonings. Pour over potatoes.

Step 3Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender. After an hour of cooking (or when cheese is melted) lift lid and stir thoroughly.
