This was my mom's recipe I just love this creamy mixture. She would make these with fresh pea's and new potatoes ...DELISIOUS !! You can increase this recipe for the amount you want to serve. I've done this with fresh snapped green beans also and they where yummy too.

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes , peeled and quatered
2 cups pea's ; frozen
2 cups white sauce

How To Make creamed potatoes and pea's

Step 1

Boil your potatoes until fork tender

Step 2

The last 3 minutes pour frozen pea's in with boiling potatoes. ; drain and put back in pan.
Step 3

While the potatoes are boiling make the white sauce above.
Step 4

mix the white sauce with the pea's and potatoes.
Step 5
