Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 - 3 cups milk or heavy cream
How To Make cream of potato soup

Step 1Cook potatoes & onion in salted cold water to barely cover in a covered pot until quite tender. Mash in liquid. Add butter parsley & milk (milk should be added to consistency of soup desired). Heat to boiling. Serve at once.
