Mmmmmmm I love potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 - 3 cups milk or heavy cream

How To Make cream of potato soup

  • Step 1
    Cook potatoes & onion in salted cold water to barely cover in a covered pot until quite tender. Mash in liquid. Add butter parsley & milk (milk should be added to consistency of soup desired). Heat to boiling. Serve at once.
