    milk

    heavy cream

  1. COOK POTATO TELL TENDER DRAIN, MASH AND ADD BUTTER, CREAM CHEESE AND SALT AND PEPPER MIX TOGETHER. ADD MILK & HEAVY CREAM SLOWY, YOU CAN ADD MORE IF NEEDED. SERVE HOT.
