Ingredients
- 5-6 - large white potatoes
- 4 - large cloves garlic
- 1 cup milk
- 1 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley
How To Make cream cheese & garlic mashed potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 F degrees. Cook potatoes until fork tender. Remove skins. Process garlic cloves through a garlic press and add to potatoes.

Step 2Mash in a medium bowl and add cream cheese and milk. Scoop into a 9x13 pan, spreading potato mixture evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley over the top. Bake until top begins to brown (about 40 minutes).
