    large white potatoes
  • 4
    large cloves garlic
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    parsley

How to Make Cream Cheese & Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F degrees. Cook potatoes until fork tender. Remove skins. Process garlic cloves through a garlic press and add to potatoes.
  2. Mash in a medium bowl and add cream cheese and milk. Scoop into a 9x13 pan, spreading potato mixture evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley over the top. Bake until top begins to brown (about 40 minutes).
