cranberry bacon sweet potatoes-annette's
I made these for the my hubby, dad and son for Thanksgiving instead of my usual streusel topped sweet potato casserole. They enjoyed them as something different. They aren't nearly as sweet as your typical sweet potato casserole but they are a little bit healthier if you are looking for something in that direction. Just a 'little' bit though. These don't have tons of cream, sugar, brown sugar and butter in them like the casseroles do. Get your roasted sweet potatoes in the freezer section of your super market.
