Very easy! Very Good! This makes a large amount and can be divided into 3 small 7 x 7 disposable foil pans and frozen. Wrap with plastic wrap and then foil before freezing.

  • 2 16 oz.
    containers sour cream (can use lite)
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2
    (3 oz.) bags real bacon bits
  • 2 pkg
    ranch dip mix
  • 32 oz
    bag frozen hash brown potatoes

How to Make Crack Potatoes


  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 400º for 45-60 minutes.
