Ingredients
- 18 ounces shredded potatoes
- 1/2 pound crab meat
- 2 - green onions, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon minced dried garlic
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make crabby hashbrowns

Step 1Mix crab, onions, garlic, cream cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Step 2Saute hashbrowns. Transfer to an oven proof dish. Top with crab mixture. Top with additional parmesan cheese if desired. Broil until hot and bubbly (about 5 mins).
