Ingredients
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1/2 pound crabmeat, fresh, picked through for shells or imitation if you wish
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 4 teaspoons onion, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
How To Make crab stuffed potatoes

Step 1Bake potatoes at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour until they can be pierced with a fork. Cut potatoes in 1/2 & scoop out potato. Reserve shells.

Step 2Whip potato pulp with butter, cream, salt, cayenne, onion & cheese. Fold in crabmeat. Stuff back in potato shells.

Step 3Sprinkle with paprika & reheat at 450 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
