Ingredients

  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 1/2 pound crabmeat, fresh, picked through for shells or imitation if you wish
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 4 teaspoons onion, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How To Make crab stuffed potatoes

  • Step 1
    Bake potatoes at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour until they can be pierced with a fork. Cut potatoes in 1/2 & scoop out potato. Reserve shells.
  • Step 2
    Whip potato pulp with butter, cream, salt, cayenne, onion & cheese. Fold in crabmeat. Stuff back in potato shells.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with paprika & reheat at 450 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
