Ingredients For crab stuffed potatoes

  • 4 md
    baking potatoes
  • 1/2 lb
    crabmeat, fresh, picked through for shells or imitation if you wish
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    light cream
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 dash
    cayenne pepper
  • 4 tsp
    onion, diced
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika

How To Make crab stuffed potatoes

  • 1
    Bake potatoes at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour until they can be pierced with a fork. Cut potatoes in 1/2 & scoop out potato. Reserve shells.

    Whip potato pulp with butter, cream, salt, cayenne, onion & cheese. Fold in crabmeat. Stuff back in potato shells.

    Sprinkle with paprika & reheat at 450 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
