Depends on how much of the ingredients you use.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 1/2 dashes crushed red pepper
- 2 1/2 cups diced sweet potatoes
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- Med - diced onion
How To Make country taters

Step 1Cook bacon slowly with just a dab of crushed red pepper. When about half done, drain bacon & pour off some of the grease.

Step 2Put bacon back into the pan with diced sweet potatoes & salt & pepper to taste. (Can also use Morton's Natures Seasoning! This is what I use to season almost every thing I cook!)

Step 3Add a bit of water & cook, covered until almost done. Add onions & cook until soft. ENJOY!
