Ingredients
- 2 pounds pkg oreida potatoes o'brien (thawed)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1 package shredded velveeta cheese
- 1 small container of sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1 package crushed ritz or towne house crackers
How To Make country style hashbrown casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray oblong casserole dish.

Step 2Spread thawed potatoes on bottom of casserole dish evenly. Sprinkle salt and pepper over potatoes.

Step 3In a mixing bowl, combine soup, butter and sour cream and mix well. Pour mixture over potatoes.

Step 4Layer shredded cheese over mixture and cover top with crushed crackers.

Step 5Bake for about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly. Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
