I use to make this for my grandpa who passed away a little over a year ago. It was one of his favorite dishes that I made. I still think of him everytime I make it. It is a simple dish but has alot of flavor. Give it a try.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 - thin steaks, left hole or cut into chunks
  • 1/2-1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1/4-1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1-2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 4-5 - potatoes, cut into chunks
  • - garlic powder, to taste
  • - salt, to taste
  • - pepper, to taste

How To Make country steak & potatoes

  • Step 1
    In a oven safe dish add steak, onions, potatoes, butter or margarine and worchestershire sauce. And garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 2
    Bake covered in a 375 degree oven until potatoes are fork tender. Serve
  • Step 3
    Do not add any extra liquid.
