country steak & potatoes

I use to make this for my grandpa who passed away a little over a year ago. It was one of his favorite dishes that I made. I still think of him everytime I make it. It is a simple dish but has alot of flavor. Give it a try.

Ingredients
- 1-2 - thin steaks, left hole or cut into chunks
- 1/2-1 cup onions, sliced
- 1/4-1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1-2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 4-5 - potatoes, cut into chunks
- - garlic powder, to taste
- - salt, to taste
- - pepper, to taste
How To Make country steak & potatoes

Step 1In a oven safe dish add steak, onions, potatoes, butter or margarine and worchestershire sauce. And garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Bake covered in a 375 degree oven until potatoes are fork tender. Serve
