I use to make this for my grandpa who passed away a little over a year ago. It was one of his favorite dishes that I made. I still think of him everytime I make it. It is a simple dish but has alot of flavor. Give it a try.

thin steaks, left hole or cut into chunks
1/2-1 c
onions, sliced
1/4-1/2 c
butter or margarine
1-2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
potatoes, cut into chunks
garlic powder, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

How to Make Country Steak & Potatoes


  • 1In a oven safe dish add steak, onions, potatoes, butter or margarine and worchestershire sauce. And garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2Bake covered in a 375 degree oven until potatoes are fork tender. Serve
  • 3Do not add any extra liquid.
