    chopped green bell pepper

    chopped onion
  • 1/3 c
    butter

    salt and freshly ground pepper

    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Country Breakfast

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook potatoes, green pepper and onion in butter until lightly browned.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Break eggs over potato mixture; cover, cook until eggs are done.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat until cheese melts.
