Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes baked
- 4-6 tablespoons bacon grease
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
How To Make cottage fries

Step 1Cut each potato in 4-6 pieces. Mix flour and seasoning together and place shallow dish.

Step 2Melt bacon grease in fry pan. Dredge potato wedges in seasoned flour and place in hot grease. Brown on all sides. Place on rack to drain.
