Corned Beef Hash

12 ounce libby's corned beef
russet potatoes, boil with 1/2 tsp salt or 3 large potatoes
black pepper, coarsely ground, to taste
How to Make Corned Beef Hash
1Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. Boil in water with 1/2 tsp. salt in saucepan 25-30 minutes or until soft. Drain water.
2Add butter and corned beef. Stir until well combined.
3Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Note: Great with green beans and corn on the cob.
