corned beef hash
I learned to make this at a young age from my mom. My sister's fiance' called me from the army and had me send him the recipe. It's so simple to make and very satisfying.

Ingredients
- 1 can 12 ounce libby's corned beef
- 7 medium russet potatoes, boil with 1/2 tsp salt or 3 large potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter
- - black pepper, coarsely ground, to taste
- - salt, to taste
How To Make corned beef hash

Step 1Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. Boil in water with 1/2 tsp. salt in saucepan 25-30 minutes or until soft. Drain water.

Step 2Add butter and corned beef. Stir until well combined.

Step 3Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot. Note: Great with green beans and corn on the cob.
