How to Make Cornbread Potatoes


  1. Wash and slice potatoes lengthwise. You should get 4 slices per potato.
  2. Spread mayonaise over all sides of potato slices and roll in cornbread stuffing.
  3. Place on large baking sheet. Bake at 375 for about an hour or until tender.
