My three boys would not think it was Thanksgiving unless I had this on the table. I have to make two or there is never enough. This is a southern favorite of my Mother in law's.

    creamed corn
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2
    eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted

How to Make Corn Pudding


  1. Butter casserole dish. Empty corn into pan. Stir in sugar, cornstarch and salt. Beat eggs thoroughly;add to first mixture. Pour in milk stir well. Put slices of butter on top.
  2. Cook in 325* oven for 1 hour or until nicely brown on top.
