Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 - large onion, diced
- 1 jar medium jar chopped pimentos, drained
- 1 - green pepper, diced
- 1 cup shredded american cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make confetti scalloped potatoes

Step 1Arrange several layers of sliced potatoes, diced onions, chopped pimentos, diced green peppers and shredded cheese, ending with a layer of sliced potatoes and cheese on top.

Step 2Combine 1 cup hot water with the cream of mushroom soup, celery salt, salt and pepper. Pour over the potatoes.

Step 3Oven to 350 degrees. COVER and bake for 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours until tender and thickened.
