Confetti Scalloped Potatoes
potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
medium jar chopped pimentos, drained
shredded american cheese
cream of mushroom soup
How to Make Confetti Scalloped Potatoes
1Arrange several layers of sliced potatoes, diced onions, chopped pimentos, diced green peppers and shredded cheese, ending with a layer of sliced potatoes and cheese on top.
2Combine 1 cup hot water with the cream of mushroom soup, celery salt, salt and pepper. Pour over the potatoes.
3Oven to 350 degrees. COVER and bake for 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours until tender and thickened.
