The creamiest, tastiest potatoes you will ever put in your mouth. This casserole is great for family gatherings & potlucks. These are rich in flavor and satisfying serve up with a nice meatloaf, ham or steaks.

Ingredients

1 large bag of frozen diced potatoes (2 lb. bag)
1 can cream of poato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
16 ounces sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dill weed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- paprika
- parsley (optional) for garnish.

How To Make company potatoes

Step 1

Combine all except cheese.

Step 2

Turn into greased 9" x 13" pan. Top with cheese and paprika.
Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until golden on top and bubbly.
