Ingredients

  • 1 box
    32 ounce frozen hash brown potatoes/thawed
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated chedder cheese,divided
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup {10 3/4 ounces}
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup {10 3/4 ounces}
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted unsalted butter
  • ·
    paprika for sprinkling {smoked paprika is also good}

How to Make Company Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl,mix together the potatoes,1 cup of Chedder cheese,the soups,onion,sour cream,and melted butter.
  3. Pour this mixture into a greased 9X13 baking pan
  4. Bake for 0ne hour,or until bubbly
  5. Carefully remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of Chedder heese and the paprika.
  6. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  7. So good!
