How To Make college kid potato chips (yellow and sweet)
-
Step 1Use either Yellow, Normal white, or Sweet potatoes! Preheat oven to 325 (this can vary...for example i was cooking these with a pork loin so i set it at 350)
-
Step 2Slice potato thin enough to be able to crisp but not too thin (so it doesn't burn). Use your best judgment! It is not a real science!
-
Step 3spray a pan (with spray pam), lay slices on pan, and give a good coating (both sides) of olive oil to the potatoes. Salt and pepper also
-
Step 4pake potatoes in oven, checking occasionally to make sure they are not burning. It is up to your discretion as to when they are done...approx. an hour or so. So easy!!
